No-bake cakes are common to those cake lovers with and without oven alike. One of the most popular no-bake cakes every cake lovers do is the no-bake cheesecake of different flavors or toppings. In this post, I will share with you the recipe I am using for a no-bake blueberry cheesecake.
In the recipe you will need:
In the photo above, it shows that I also made the jar version. For cheesecake in a jar, you will need around 24 pieces 4oz mason jar. Press the crust mixture at the bottom of the jar and chill. Scoop enough amount of your cheesecake mixture and pour it into the jar. Topped with Blueberry Fillings and chill overnight to set.
In the recipe you will need:
Crust:
Graham
Cracker Crumbs 2
cups
Butter,
melted ½
cup
Finely
Chopped Almonds ¼
cup
Cheesecake:
Cream
Cheese 1
cup
Whip Cream 1 cup
Unflavored Gelatin
1 tbsp
Cold
Water 3
tbsp
Procedure:
1. For the crust, combine all ingredients together press in the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan, and chill to set.
2. In
a bowl beat cream cheese until light. Add whip cream.
Change paddle attachment to whip and whip ingredients until smooth and stiff. I am using my reliable hand mixer right now but soon I will buy a KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
3. In
a small microwavable bowl, combine unflavored gelatin and water. Microwave
until gelatin melts. Fold into the cheesecake mixture.
4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the chilled crust.
5. Top with blueberry jam or filling.
5. Refrigerate
overnight for better cheesecake texture.
6. To serve, remove the sides of the springform pan and slice.
Serve and enjoy!!
